Toad Hall Nursery Group
Toad Hall Nursery Group first came to me to help with Facebook training in 2014. With over 15 nurseries across the South East, each Manager was responsible for managing their nursery Facebook page. The training took place and soon the company wanted more marketing help and saw the benefits it could bring to their business.
Since then I have supported the team with marketing strategy and marketing implementation. With an exciting brand and passionate staff, there is always something new to promote and run campaigns on. We recently updated their website so that it was mobile optimised. As part of this, we did a competitor analysis and reconfigured the site so that parents could easily find information and the brand could showcase all the great things they do as a business – far beyond that of their competitors.
The nursery group has won a number of awards in 2015 so promoting these on social media and engaging with press was of paramount importance. The brand is continuously developing and support is required to engage with nursery managers and staff to ensure they have the correct buy-in to the business and have the right marketing tools in place to keep promoting their settings and attracting new children.
As part of the marketing support I provide, I also work closely with the HR team to help support them promote the Group so they can attract the correct staff and push forward recruitment campaigns and activities.
Working closely with Ruth Pimemtel, the Groups Chief Executive is invaluable and proves that if companies have passion and drive – marketing can provide real results and increase profits to a business.
