Providing Marketing Strategy support to the National Federation of Demolition Contractors. Whilst the federation was successful in terms of it’s members, the team wanted to ensure that their marketing efforts were raising the profile of the organisation and confirm they were ‘doing things as best as they could’.
I worked alongside the marketing team and managers to review their current activities and provide an objective opinion on what was working well, and what could be improved. Together we also reviewed key messages, how they could promote their offer in an enticing way and what the benefits were of joining.
By the end of the review, the team were provided with a clear strategy and a suggested activity plan. They had suggested actions that would allow the team to be more effective with their marketing efforts and increase the profile of the NFDC.
