JFLS – IT Support
JFLS, a local IT support business in St Albans needed advice on their marketing. After going through a quick strategy session and understanding the priority of the business, JFLS wanted to communicate to their existing and target clients through email marketing and ‘get to grips’ with social media. Whilst email marketing was a great thing to do – it flagged an important area which was the website. The website didn’t have a blog and was starting to look a little dated. First things first and our priority was to get the website into a manageable CMS and whilst doing this, the website developers gave the JFLS brand a little freshen up.
We project managed the delivery of the website so JFLS could concentrate on their clients. By doing so we advised on structure, layout, design as well as providing copy for each page required.
It new website helped reposition the JFLS brand and gave the right impression when we started to send out email communications. Visitors to the site were presented with not only a website that looked good, the content helped them understand exactly what JFLS offered, as well as providing tips and advice in their news/blog area.
We used the content from the website and latest news to keep existing clients better informed of changes in the industry and newsworthy stories that would interest them. Alongside this we freshened up the JFLS Twitter and LinkedIn profiles and provided guidance on how they could be used as well as adding content ourselves.
