There are many systems you can use to keep track of emails you’ve sent and their success. I can help you create content for your e-marketing and can manage the process of sending the campaigns. There are many systems you can choose; Mailchimp, Create Send, Contstant Contact – I will work with you to find the right solution and if you want a really cool looking template created, I will work with a designer to get that done.

Email marketing can be used in two ways – automated, and planned. For example:

  1. Automated: when someone does something, i.e. they download a brochure from your website, an email is triggered and sent to them the day after, a week after, a month after… that way, you don’t have to worry about following up the lead – you’re building awareness and capturing their interest for when the time is ‘right to buy’.
  2. Planned: ensure that your existing clients, and target clients are kept up to date with a regular newsletter – plan ahead your content so they can find out latest news and any new products/service you might be offering. Make sure the information is relevant and useful… it’s easy to get the dreaded ‘unsubscribe’ so don’t just send an email for the sake of it – you have to think about what’s in it for the reader.
