KEW MARKETING { KATE HOWLEY }

Working alongside your business, I’m a Marketing Consultant that helps create and implement marketing plans and activities. A proactive approach to marketing allows your business to retain clients and attract new ones.

I help with marketing strategy, but also the ‘doing’: Marketing implementationCopy writingSocial mediaEmail marketingCommunications and PRBranding and design and Websites

Based in Hertfordshire, I work with businesses in Harpenden, St Albans, Watford and surrounding areas. Some of you may know me as Kate Warr, hence the KEW (being my initials pre marriage in 2014). KEH didn’t have the same ring to it as you can imagine, so KEW remains!

Why businesses use KEW marketing:

  • Lack of in-house marketing expertise
  • Not enough time to get the job done
  • Need extra support on a project
  • Want someone that can advise on strategy, but also gets things done
  • They get ‘Kate’, I’m not agency, so what you see is what you get

I graduated from university and started my marketing career in 2000. After many years of working in-house for professional service firms, in 2011 (yes, the height of the recession – eek they cried!) I decided to set up my own business to support others that needed marketing ‘without the fluff’, just results.

Kate’s KEW marketing values

  • Get things done: I’m creative and enjoy setting plans, but I also make it my job to get things done – this means you can concentrate on other important tasks
  • Passionate: It is often said, but I’m passionate about marketing and business which makes it enjoyable
  • Listen: I will ask questions so I understand what you want to achieve – I will listen to  your objectives and aspirations to ensure we get the right answer
  • Innovate: I will challenge ideas and techniques and deliver innovative results and creative ideas (but without the marketing fluff!)
  • Honest: If I don’t think it’s right, I will tell you, I want your company to succeed as much you do
